Accident on Emirates Road involves 13 vehicles, 3 Injuries

Three people were injured in a 13 vehicle accident on Emirates Road on Sunday.

The sad incident took place on the Sharjah-bound carriageway because of low visibly caused by dusty weather conditions.

Dubai Police urged all motorists to abide by traffic rules and regulations, and to maintain a safe distance and reduce speed in unstable weather conditions. Drivers should also avoid using the hazards lights unless for emergency situations. Motorists are also advised to avoid using water to clean the car windshield while driving as this may make the glass sticky and cause more dust to collect, blocking the driver's vision.
